Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are allowed between three to seven days of receiving your product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, & in its original packaging.
  • Also, for electrical items, the seal must be unbroken for the return to be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and safety standards prohibit the return of opened or used products, such as TEREA sticks.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number and product information.
  • Our staff will issue you a return authorization email and assist you through the return process.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any postage charges related to returning the product.

Refunds
